Onboarding
You are ready to get your own Panascais Buildserver? Please follow these steps to make your onboarding process as smooth as possible.

We will need the following of either you or your company:
- Full legal name
- Full legal address
- Email address
- VAT or Tax ID, if any
- Payment method of your choice1
- If a company, the person responsible
1 We currently offer IBAN Bank Transfer , ACH Bank Transfer and PayPal
Please gather the following information:
- The plan you chose, or how many builders you roughly will have on the server.
- How much space1 your current worlds are using, if you have any.
- If you already know the location you want your server to run in, the name of that location.
- The domain you want your server to run on. 2
- The server icon you want to use (
.png,64x64).
1 The space in GB. For example 12.6 GB.
2 This can be something like myteam.buildserver.app, or build.myteam.org on your own domain if you have one.
Join our Discord and contact us, please have the information gathered in the previous steps ready.
Since you gain access to internal Panascais tools, text channels, pre-release builds and other sensitive information we will send you a non-disclosure agreement between us and your company that will be signable electronically.
After confirming the receipt of your first payment, we will create the buildserver for you shortly.
You will also get a special Discord channel that you can use to stay in direct contact with the engineers maintaining the software and the systems that your buildserver runs on.
