Currently adding your own plug-ins is not possible, we are also not planning to add this functionality due to security reasons. You can request any feature you need via Discord . If you really need that one specific plug-in, contact us – we’re always open to discussion.

¹ these plug-ins will only be enabled when you bring your own license. You do not need to send us the .jar, only prove you have a license to use them.

We support Minecraft versions from 1.17 up to 1.19 .

Previously supported Minecraft versions such as 1.16 will keep running, but will not receive updates. We will not set up new servers with these version.

The main location we offer is in Frankfurt, Germany . We offer a lot of other locations in the world as well, but you might see a price increase depending on the location you choose.

No, direct FTP/SFTP access is not available. There is a world import and export system instead.

No, SSH/Shell access is not available.

Yes, we generally offer DDoS protection. This might differ depending on the location, if you choose a exotic one it might not be available.

No, each team needs to order their own server.

No. Our services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis without any further commitments. It is required that you sign a non-disclosure agreement with us though.

At the end of your trial period your access to the trial server will be cut off, and our team will contact you about setting up your own build server.

Individual pricing is usually possible when ordering multiple build servers or a high-volume build server. If you have something else in mind, contact us via Discord – we’re always open to discussion.

No. Build server installation is free of charge with no additional setup fees. Paid services (e.g. custom feature development) or price increases due to you exceeding standard resource consumption are always clearly communicated.

Our list prices don’t include VAT. The Value Added Tax is only charged to EU customers without a valid VAT number. All other customers are VAT-exempt.

You can give us credentials to your backup storage of choice, and we will upload the backups there for you automatically. Current supported providers are Amazon S3 , DigitalOcean S3 and Backblaze S3 .

We create a Service-Level Agreement with you or your company in which we guarantee things such as uptime + response times.

Your build server will be placed on a dedicated host system where you are not sharing the compute power and memory with anyone else.

We set up a meeting with you where we look at the plug-ins you previously used on your old server, and figure out ways of incorporating these into Toolbox , if they don't already exist.

We can develop custom tools for you upon request.

In select locations we are able to deliver systems such as e.g. one with overclocked 5GHz+ CPUs, DDR5 memory and high-speed PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs.
