Fair Use
Why all of these "Fair Use" rules?
Fair Use exists to allow us to provide you with an affordable plan while still permitting high load usage spikes, which is usual for Minecraft servers.
What Fair Use does not cover would be usage that is constantly on a high load level (similar to the above mentioned peaks of normal users, just continuous).
If we were to remove the Fair Use rules, our resource usage could greatly increase due a small group of users, and everyone would be impacted by us having to increase prices over time.
You currently have an unlimited amount of world backup space available, but as soon as you'd greatly exceed usual usage patterns, we reserve our right to either impose limits or increase your monthly price, which will be decided in cooperation with you.
You can use an unlimited amount of traffic on your server, but as soon as your server would e.g. use the whole host system's available network traffic or greatly exceed usual usage patterns, we reserve our right to either impose limits or increase your monthly price, which will be decided in cooperation with you.

1 Memory Limit: The process of your server on our host system does have a memory limit imposed on it, but it will be increased/decreased based on your average need.
You can create an unlimited amount of world exports, but as soon as the download traffic you create with them exceeds reasonable limits, we reserve our right to either impose limits or increase your monthly price, which will be decided in cooperation with you.
You can use an unlimited amount of compute power on your server, but as soon as your server would e.g. take performance away from other users on our service, we reserve our right to either impose limits or increase your monthly price, which will be decided in cooperation with you.
